Who We Are
Denoor Healthcare Services, Inc. is a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program-Centered (PRP) and Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). We specialize in patient-centered care and are staffed by Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists (RS), Registered Nurses, Case Managers, and several family support staff members. Each client has an individualized treatment plan developed by an RS in association with the client & their family.
Our Home Health Program is designed to assist clients who have chronic health conditions in addition to mental health diagnoses. Our specialized nurses provide health promotion and prevention education and ensure stability in health status.
